I just found it & share with you to save some time

Steps :
Download PdaNet+ for Android
Version 4.12 installer for Windows 8/7/Vista/XP (both 32/64bit)

Once downloaded, install the software. When that's done go into control panel > Hardware and sound > Device manager and look for the android 1.0 driver with the yellow exclamation point. Right click and hit 'update drivers'. Browse your computer manually instead of having it search for you. Then enter this path. c:/program files/PdaNet for Android/usbwin. You'll get a security warning, but install anyways. Once this is done, you're good to go.

PKZip file can be extracted with WinZip, PKZip, or equivalent UnZip utility. Save file to a directory on your HDD and UnZip.

Description

- Operating environment
·Windows(R) XP SP3 or later (32bit Version)
·Windows(R) 7 SP1 or later (32 bit/64 bit Version)
* Computer is needed to have USB comformed USB1.1 or later.

- How to install Android WinUsb Driver
   1) Unzip usb_driver.zip at computer to be installed driver.
   2) Tap [Build number] 7 times at [Settings]-[About tablet] screen at tablet,then [{} Developer options] menu is displayed.
   3) Check [USB debugging] checkbox at [{} Developer options] screen.
   4) Connect your tablet to your computer's USB port.
   5) Install Android WinUsb Driver driver from hardware update wizard.

[Windows XP]
  1) Connect your tablet to your computer's USB port.
   Windows will detect the tablet and launch the Hardware Update Wizard.
   2) Select [No, not this time] and click [Next].
   3) Select [Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)] and click [Next].
   4) Select [Don't search. I will choose the driver to install] and click [Next].
   5) If you are prompted to Select a hardware type,keep the default selection [Show All Devices], and click [Next].
   6) Click [Have Disk], click [Browse] and specify the folder of unzipped usb_driver.zip.
   7) Click [Next] in the wizard.
   8) Click [Finish].

[Windows 7]
   1) Connect your tablet to your computer's USB port.
   2) Open device manager at your computer.
   3) Right-click the device name and Select [Update Driver Software..].
   This will launch the Hardware Update Wizard.
   4) Select [Browse my computer for driver software].
   5) Select [Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer]
   6) Click [Have Disk], click [Browse] and specify the folder of unzipped usb_driver.zip
   7) Click [Next] in the wizard.
   8) Click [Install this driver software anyway]
   9) Click [Close]
